Background

Born and raised in South-Eastern Ontario, Geoff’s passion for golf began at the age of three, which led to competing in junior events by age nine. In 2006, he turned professional and competed in mini tours across Canada and the South-Eastern United States. Geoff’s love for sports and understanding healthy lifestyle grew and led him to study kinesiology, biomechanics, nutrition and strength and conditioning. It was through these studies he developed his approach and philosophy for analyzing student movement patterns and capabilities to coach the development of a more suitable swing to reduce injuries and, ultimately, lower scores.

With over 14 years coaching golfers of varying ages and skill levels, Geoff provides a proven personalized coaching experience to both adults and juniors:

• Adults

Understanding the individual needs of his students, Geoff uses a personalized, dynamic approach when coaching adults. He uses theories and techniques that specialize in optimizing student movement capacity to match specific goals to develop and build a golf game and swing to use for a lifetime.

• Juniors

With a goal of fueling their love of the game, Geoff works with juniors to optimize their potential. He specializes on working through fundamental movement skills, progressing them through sport-specific skills and promoting the best training for their “windows of opportunity,” all done in a fun, safe environment.
