2023 marks Ginny’s 39th year as a Class ‘A’ member of the PGA of Canada. She takes pride in being the first female member of the PGA of BC, carving the way for other female golf professionals.
Ginny began playing golf at the age of five. Her first career as an educator cemented her exceptional teaching skills. Excellent communication skills, volumes of knowledge, patience, professionalism, encouragement and humour will guarantee a learning experience beyond your expectations.
Over the past almost 40 years, Ginny has served as Director of Instruction at UGC, Shaughnessy GC, Musqueam GC and Big Sky GC. Managing a full time coaching schedule and a strong personal game, Ginny co-chaired charity golf tournaments that raised over $300,000 to educate girls in Africa.
Recognition over the years include rated Best Golf Coach, Vancouver Magazine 2010, nominated Teacher of the Year, PGA of BC 2009 and nominated YWCA Women of Distinction Award 2010. Ginny welcomes men and women golfers, from beginners to low handicappers, to her coaching tee.
